The Etch Web Pendant Light is a vast shade with an unusual open structure, designed to cast atmospheric angular shadows when lit. Another experiment in Tom Dixon's long-running exploration of mathematics and geometry, an irregular pentagon shape is repeated 60 times across the body to create a total sphere. The enormous globe is astonishingly lightweight with a correspondingly ethereal visual attitude. Formed from a process called digital photo-acid etching, the Etch Web surrounds a halogen lamp to make it the ultimate shadow play pendant. Offered in stainless steel or brass. Ships with 98-inch black and white fabric cable.
