Delight is an industrial marketplace used by contractors, facility managers, manufacturers, marine operators and government buyers in 60+ countries. You bring the products. We bring the buyers, the technology and the legwork.

How it works

  1. Apply. Email the Seller Desk with a few details about your company (see below).
  2. We list your products. Send a price list or catalogue. Our team and AI tools build clean listings with specifications and datasheets.
  3. We keep stock live. Share a stock file by email or portal upload, and our platform keeps your stock and prices in sync.
  4. We place the order. You receive a purchase order from Delight.
  5. We pick up and deliver. We collect from your premises and deliver to the buyer, in Singapore or overseas.
  6. You get paid. Standard terms are Net-30 or end-of-month payment. By agreement, we can also pay by TT in advance or cash on delivery.

What it costs

Nothing. There's no listing fee and no commission. You quote us your trade price, and Delight earns by adding its own margin when it sells.

What we ask of sellers

Our buyers quote your products into their projects, so they need them to stay available at stable prices. When you list with Delight:

  • Listings run for at least 12 months from the date a product is first listed. Discontinued or recalled products are the exception.
  • Price changes need 30 days' written notice. Orders we place during the notice period are supplied at your previous prices.
  • Back-to-back warranty and technical support. You support us on warranty claims, product failures and technical questions, on the same terms we give our buyers.
  • We may use your product content. We can use images, datasheets and product information from your website and your principals' websites to build listings.
  • Products must be genuine and sourced from authorised channels. No counterfeits. You provide proof of source on request, and the documents our buyers need, such as datasheets and certificates. You are responsible for any claims arising from counterfeit or faulty products.
