Shipping policy
This policy applies to all orders placed with Delight OptoElectronics Private Limited ("Delight") on delight.com.sg, by quotation or by purchase order. Delight is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices or at checkout.
Delivery in Singapore

| Same-day delivery | $30 flat fee. Order and pay before 11am on a working day |
| Security-clearance locations | Additional $15 for destinations that need prior security clearance, such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, military bases and embassies |
| Bulky, palletised or site deliveries | Quoted with your order |
- Delivery time: in-stock orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Items shipped from overseas vendors show their lead time on the product page and in your quotation.
- Self-collection: not available. All orders are delivered.
- Split deliveries: free delivery covers one address in one trip. Extra trips requested by the buyer are charged at cost.
- Receiving goods: check the package on arrival. Do not accept a visibly damaged package, and report any damage, wrong item or shortage within 3 days of delivery (see Returns, Refunds and Warranty).
International shipping
- We ship to buyers in 60+ countries through FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, SF Express and other carriers.
- Shipping is quoted at checkout, or in your quotation for large or heavy orders.
- International orders ship on DAP terms: import duties, taxes and clearance charges are paid by the buyer.
- Transit insurance is available on request.
