QUICSEAL 102 is a specially formulated, single-component, cold-applied, moisture-cured elastomeric polyurethane (PU) waterproofing membrane. When cured, it forms a seamless, flexible yet tough waterproof barrier that protects concrete and other suitable substrates against water penetration and lateral water movement.

The membrane provides excellent adhesion, flexibility and crack-bridging capability, making it suitable for areas subjected to stationary or migrating water and hydrostatic pressure. It can be applied by brush, roller, trowel, squeegee or spray, without the need for mixing, which simplifies application on both horizontal and vertical surfaces
