Each arm can turn on or off independently and each arm can point in the desired direction. The light output is 15 to 150 Lumens per arm or 15 to 300 Lumens for the entire neck lamp. The variable intensity is a unique feature for a neck torch that allows you to set exactly the needed brightness for maximum lighting comfort. The neck light also comes with a magnet and a a tripod mounting hole.
