• Up to 15 meters of high-quality refrigerant piping per indoor unit
• Full installation by certified technicians
• All necessary mounting, wiring, and drainage works
• GST and materials included in price

Standard Installation Materials:

• 🇮🇹 K-Flex Insulation (PSB Certified Class O, made in Italy)
• 🇺🇸 22 SWG Copper Piping (0.71mm, Source 1 brand, USA)
• 🇸🇬 Litaflex UPVC Trunking & 16mm Drain Pipes (Made in Singapore)
• 🇸🇬 Sigma/Keystone Wire Cables (Made in Singapore)

Installation Options:

Choose from the following installation types:

• HDB System 2 and above
• Condo/Concealed Piping System 2 and above
• HDB Single Split Unit
• Condo/Concealed Piping Single Split
• Ceiling Cassette Units (full or replacement)

Pipe Size Options:

Your system’s pipe size will affect performance and pricing:

• 1/4” + 3/8” – Suitable for small units (up to 9,000 BTU)
• 1/4” + 1/2” – Ideal for medium units (12,000–18,000 BTU)
• 1/4” + 5/8” – For large wall units (18,000–24,000+ BTU)
• 3/8” + 5/8” – For ceiling cassettes and commercial-grade systems

Important Notes:

• Condo/concealed installations may require access hole(s):
  ➕ $80/hole (includes patching and white paint touch-up)
• Cassette unit prices are based on:

                   Piping length under 15m

                   Ceiling height below 3m

                   Aircon ledge accessible within 3m from ground
