Payment and Security

  1. Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, through secure, internationally established payment gateways. We do not have access to your card details, as the payment gateways handle them. We no longer accept PayPal or GrabPay.

  1. Purchase Orders and Credit Terms

We accept purchase orders, and we are registered on GeBIZ and SAP Ariba. Government agencies and approved corporate accounts can pay within 30 days of invoice. For all other orders, payment is due before dispatch. Ask the Buyer Desk at cs@delight.com.sg about opening a credit account.

  1. Cheques and Cash

We do not accept cheques or cash. We have no physical shop and do not sell over the counter at our office or warehouse.

  1. Refund Channel

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer or PayNow, we refund to your bank account. If you paid by card, we refund to that card.
