The angled inlets feature simple screw connections allowing for rapid connection in the field. Metric cable entry points at the top and bottom supporting flexible installation. Constructed from a heavy-duty Amaplast casing including nickel plated contacts with high heat resistant contact carriers supporting excellent corrosion resistance. These Mennekes industrial BS4343 power inlets perform exceptionally well in the most demanding environments.

Amaplast is a superior quality, toughened thermoplastic material with excellent characteristics. Making them virtually unbreakable. The key points are;

Mennekes IP44 wall mounting appliance inlets are designed in accordance with BS EN 60529. The IP rating is composed of two numbers. The first number refers to protection from solid matter, the second number for protection against liquids. The higher the number the better the protection.
