Cool your rooms with less time and energy thanks to Toshiba’s inverter technology. Now with Toshiba’s DC Hybrid Inverter System, the Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) sets the compressor at maximum power in order to reduce the time to reach the set point temperature. Once the set point is reached, the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) lowers the variable speed of the compressor to precisely maintain room temperature, thereby using less energy.
QUICK COOLING
Enjoy quicker and quieter cooling with YouMe’s redesigned fan in its indoor unit. Now 13% bigger with special skewed blades, this increases airflow while reducing the sound level by up to 8% versus conventional blades. Paired with a 30% larger heat exchanger thanks to an increased copper tube count in the coil, cold air can now enter your room more efficiently. Warm rooms cool more quickly with the YouMe’s precise and adjustable 11-way louvres that guide the cold air to just where you want it—up to 14 meters at high fan speed. Once the set point is reached, lower fan speeds quietly maintain your desired temperature while reducing energy consumption.
EASY-CARE
Between maintenance intervals, YouMe’s feature makes things easy for you so that that you can enjoy healthy air all year round. Not only does YouMe cool more efficiently, but it also keeps the air you breathe fresh and clean. That is why along with an active carbon filter, YouMe uses a special aqua-coated aluminum fin heat exchanger, Magic Coil, that helps keep dirt and debris from building up on your coils. Now indoor air quality (IAQ) is more important than ever. Toshiba Ultra-Pure filter creates clean and healthy living spaces at home by capturing up to 94% of PM 2.5 (atmospheric particulate matters with diameters of less than 2.5 micrometers).

Anti-Corrosion
With a new resistance corrosion aluminum alloy, the heat exchanger becomes highly durable. A salt spray test has been conducted to demon-strate the corrosion-resistant capability of our products in corrosive environments for a certain period of time.
