Building on the success of our market leading Worklites and Floodlites, the WL-50 shares the same strong, robust and proven powder coated die-cast construction as the WF-300XL and WF-250XL. It is CE marked to the ATEX Directive for safe use in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 potentially explosive gas, vapour, mist and dust atmospheres, where a T4 temperature class permits.

High-Performance LED Output

The WL-50 & WL-50HT Worklite™ feature an advanced 18-LED lamp head that delivers over 3100 lumens from a compact, lightweight battery. As a result, the light produces a powerful spot beam combined with a wide flood of softer fringe light, ensuring excellent visibility in all working conditions. Moreover, the LED system offers an impressive lifespan of over 100,000 hours, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Battery Performance & Smart Control

The Worklite™ provides up to 5 hours of runtime on high power and up to 10 hours on low power. In addition, the intelligent control circuit actively manages:

• The on/off switch function
• Battery level indication
• Low battery cut-off protection

Therefore, it prevents deep discharge and helps extend overall battery life.

The unit features a powder-coated aluminum body, which resists corrosion and withstands demanding industrial and offshore conditions. Furthermore, the durable design ensures reliable performance even in tough environments.

Flexible Mounting & Positioning

The stainless steel stand not only enhances durability but also allows you to easily adjust the light direction. Additionally, you can:

Durable Lens & Protective Accessories

The Worklite™ uses a 6mm toughened glass lens, which provides excellent impact resistance. For more demanding tasks:

• Use an ATEX-certified anti-static lens guard for shot blasting
• Apply an ATEX-certified protective cover for painting applications

These accessories help protect the unit and extend its usability.

Easy Maintenance & Serviceability

If required, a qualified technician can replace the battery, circuit, and LED components. This ensures long-term usability and reduces overall lifecycle costs.
