These Terms of Use apply to your use of delight.com.sg (the "Site"), operated by DELIGHT OptoElectronics Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201403598C) ("Delight"). By using the Site, you agree to them. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale.

1. The Site

Delight operates an industrial marketplace. Products listed on the Site are sourced from manufacturers, authorised distributors and other vendors, and are sold to you by Delight.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity under your account. Business accounts must be opened by a person authorised to act for the business. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Product information

We take care to keep product information, prices and stock accurate. Information is supplied by manufacturers and vendors, and some listings are prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our team. Errors can occur: images may be illustrative, and specifications may change. Please confirm critical specifications with the manufacturer's datasheet or with our Buyer Desk before ordering. We may correct errors, including pricing errors, and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping or copying content in bulk, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, images and software belong to Delight or its licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products. You may view and print pages for your own business or personal use, but not reproduce them commercially without permission.

6. Links

The Site may link to other websites, such as manufacturers' sites or form providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

8. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. They are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
